Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
To support retail and outpatient pharmacy workflows, the full-time Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst will design, configure, test, implement, and support various pharmacy processes while working remotely on a one-year contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure pharmacy workflows, including prescription processing and dispensing
- Implement and support point-of-sale integrations and production support
- Collaborate with the Willow Inpatient team on workflow improvements and upgrades
Required qualifications
- Previous experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Experience in pharmacy workflow design and implementation
- Knowledge of inventory management and charging processes
- Familiarity with vendor coordination and testing procedures
