Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growing team, the remote contract Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst will build and support Epic Willow applications, pharmacy functions, and manage ServiceNow requests and incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Build and support Epic Willow applications and pharmacy systems
- Manage project work and address ServiceNow requests and incidents
- Integrate latent AI solutions within the Epic Willow framework
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Epic Willow builds and support in a project-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with both prime and non-prime call support
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues
- Excellent time management abilities
