Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
To support and advance pharmacy information systems, the full-time remote Epic Willow Analyst will analyze, configure, and optimize Epic Willow applications while collaborating with pharmacy leadership and other stakeholders to enhance medication management workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze, configure, and maintain Epic Willow applications and associated pharmacy workflows
- Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts to optimize functionality
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and support materials for pharmacy operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Active Epic certifications in Willow Ambulatory, Willow Inventory, or Willow Inpatient
- Experience with pharmacy automation systems and healthcare IT integrations
- Strong analytical skills and experience with project management and system optimization
- Familiarity with cloud computing and AI technologies as applied to healthcare
