Seeking a seasoned Epic Willow Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity, this role focuses on leading the build and maintenance of Order Sets and Clinical Notes/Records, optimizing pharmacy workflows, and collaborating with IT and pharmacy staff in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting hands-on build, validation, and maintenance for Order Sets and Clinical Notes/Records (CNR)
- Partnering with clinical staff and pharmacy leadership to analyze, troubleshoot, and streamline pharmacy workflows
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve escalations and guide pharmacy staff through system adjustments
Required qualifications
- Epic Willow Inpatient certification required
- Proven hands-on proficiency with Order Sets, CNR build, and pharmacy data structures
- Ability to navigate ambiguous clinical scenarios and translate clinical requirements into technical builds
