Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
To support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic WAM system, the full-time Epic Willow Analyst will work primarily remotely, focusing on analyzing workflows, building and testing interface solutions, and troubleshooting integration issues.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate processes and analyze workflows to understand operations and user needs
- Develop, test, and deploy interface solutions while maintaining system configurations for efficiency and patient safety
- Troubleshoot integration issues, provide on-call support, and collaborate with technical teams to enhance software systems
Required qualifications
- Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience required
- Epic Willow Ambulatory certification or accreditation required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degree
- Basic understanding of the Windows environment and eagerness to learn and troubleshoot supporting technologies
- Proven critical thinking skills and attention to detail
