Epic Willow Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare project, the contract Epic Willow Analyst will lead the build and maintenance of Order Sets and Clinical Notes/Records while optimizing pharmacy workflows and collaborating with clinical staff and IT teams.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting hands-on build, validation, and maintenance for Order Sets and Clinical Notes/Records (CNR)
- Partnering with clinical staff and pharmacy leadership to analyze, troubleshoot, and streamline pharmacy workflows
- Collaborating with the IT team to resolve escalations and guide pharmacy staff through system adjustments
Required qualifications
- Epic Willow Inpatient certification required
- Proven hands-on proficiency with Order Sets, CNR build, and pharmacy data structures
- Ability to navigate ambiguous clinical scenarios and translate requirements into technical builds
