Epic Willow Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support the IT Clinical department, the full-time Epic Willow Application Analyst will provide complex analysis, gather requirements, and design technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for application requirement gathering and fit gap analysis
• Design, validate, and confirm application functionality to meet customer specifications and manage small to medium projects
• Develop and execute integration and user acceptance test plans, maintaining documentation and providing 24/7 on-call support

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field
• Experience with FDB or Medispan, and Omnicell or Pyxis
• Pharmacy or clinical background with familiarity in med load and willow inpatient charging
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School/GED required
• Epic Willow Certification preferred
