Epic Willow Application Analyst

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive analysis and support, the full-time Epic Willow Application Analyst will gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and implement technical solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis for application requirement gathering and design effective technical solutions
• Develop and execute integration and user acceptance test plans, maintaining test scripts for new installations and system updates
• Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between end users and technical support, ensuring successful project implementation and on-call support

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in a relevant field
• High School/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Epic Willow Inpatient certification preferred
• Healthcare experience in a hospital or medical practice preferred
• Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire required
