Epic Willow Certified Analyst

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of Epic Willow Pharmacy applications, the temporary remote Epic Willow Certified Analyst will design, build, test, and maintain systems while collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance pharmacy workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications
• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges
• Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders to design and implement workflow enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Certification
• Experience in configuring and supporting Epic Willow applications
• Strong understanding of pharmacy workflows in a healthcare setting
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively
• Experience collaborating with clinical and operational teams
