Epic Willow Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Willow Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform system design, build, and configuration of Epic Willow modules (Inpatient and/or Ambulatory)
• Collaborate with pharmacy and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that support clinical and operational goals
• Optimize current Willow workflows and medication management practices

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory certification (required; must be current)
• Minimum of 3 years of Epic Willow experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication workflows, and clinical decision support
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, IT, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience supporting large-scale healthcare organizations or hospital systems
