Epic Willow Home Infusion Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Home Infusion Analyst for a remote contract position, the candidate will manage application support, configuration, and optimization of the Epic Willow Home Infusion module, ensuring seamless integration across healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Willow Home Infusion workflows and system configurations
• Build, configure, and optimize home infusion pharmacy modules within Epic Willow, including medication preparation and billing rules
• Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and technical teams, coordinating care workflows across pharmacy, nursing, and home care services

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Willow Home Infusion certification required
• 4+ years of experience in Epic application management and support
• Demonstrated experience with home infusion pharmacy operations and Epic Willow configuration
• Experience managing day-to-day EHR support operations and meeting SLA requirements
• Familiarity with the continuum of care model and coordination-heavy workflows
