Job Summary

A company is looking for an Applications Analyst (Epic Willow Inpatient).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic Willow Inpatient functionality
• Collaborate with pharmacy stakeholders and IT teams to align system capabilities with operational needs
• Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, translating clinical workflows into system solutions

Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification is required
• 3-5+ years of hands-on Epic Willow build experience
• Experience supporting pharmacy workflows within an Epic EHR environment preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree or equivalent experience required
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and clinical workflows
