Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst for a remote contract position, this role will manage inpatient pharmacy application workflows, support daily EHR operations, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Epic Willow Inpatient application configurations and workflows
• Build and maintain inpatient pharmacy configurations, including formulary setups and dose checking rules
• Manage daily support operations and coordinate cross-functional activities with clinical teams and offshore support groups

Required qualifications

• Active and current Epic Willow Inpatient certification
• 4+ years of experience in Epic application management and inpatient pharmacy configuration
• Deep understanding of hospital pharmacy clinical operations and regulatory compliance standards (HIPAA)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
