Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst for a remote contractor position, this role focuses on supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows and Epic configurations, managing application support activities, and ensuring efficient medication management across healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SME for Epic Willow Inpatient, supporting pharmacy application workflows and operational stability
• Manage daily application support activities, including incident resolution and service requests
• Build and optimize inpatient pharmacy configurations, including medication order sets and billing workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Active Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment
• Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration and support
• Experience with pharmacy workflows, including medication ordering and dispensing processes
