Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst for a remote contractor position, responsible for supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows, managing application support activities, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to optimize Epic EHR solutions over a 6-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient, ensuring operational stability and supporting pharmacy application workflows
• Manage daily application support activities, including incident resolution and adherence to service level agreements
• Build and optimize inpatient pharmacy configurations and support medication billing workflows to enhance clinical quality and safety

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Active and current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment
• Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration and support
• Proven experience managing day-to-day EHR application support, including incident resolution
