Epic Willow InPatient Analyst

Job Summary

Leading a team of Application Analysts, the fully remote Lead Epic Willow InPatient Analyst will oversee day-to-day activities, prioritize work, and ensure high-quality deliverables while collaborating with various teams to support system design, build, testing, and go-live activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads and manages the work activities of Application Analysts, including prioritization and resource coordination
• Ensures timely completion of deliverables such as project plans, design documentation, and testing plans
• Communicates status updates and escalates issues to the Application Manager as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Epic Willow InPatient Certification is required; Willow Amb and/or Inventory certification is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis or 5+ years in healthcare IT with 3 years of Epic build experience
• At least 1 year of leadership or mentorship experience
• Relevant Epic Module certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment
