Epic Willow Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Willow Inpatient system, the full-time Epic Willow Systems Analyst will optimize pharmacy workflows, assist end users, and collaborate with healthcare professionals while working remotely and providing on-call coverage as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assists IT teams in evaluating products and tools to ensure compliance with enterprise standards and adaptability to changing technologies
• Develops and maintains documentation for program development, modifications, and troubleshooting, ensuring it reflects system changes
• Acts as a liaison to health system departments, ensuring effective use of IT resources and maintaining high service levels

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Two years of IT systems and/or operational experience with a Bachelor's degree; four years with an Associate's degree; or six years with a High School diploma/GED
• Epic knowledge or Willow Inpatient certification preferred
• Pharmacy experience is ideal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to internal customer needs
