EpicCare Ambulatory Consultant

Job Summary

Collaborating with operational and clinical teams, the remote EpicCare Ambulatory Consultant will support and maintain clinical workflows and tools for electronic health records, troubleshoot issues, and participate in projects to enhance provider and patient connections.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and resolves both user-reported and vendor-reported issues
• Participates in and occasionally leads medium and large projects
• Collaborates with team members and other capability sub-domains to problem-solve and manage projects

Required qualifications:

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in clinical support or a related role within the healthcare industry
• Proven experience working with operational stakeholders and/or external vendors
• Direct experience working with Epic in an analyst build role
