EpicCare Ambulatory Specialist
Job Summary
Providing expert support across multiple Epic modules, the remote Senior Specialist, Epic Solution Delivery (Ambulatory) will manage complex development efforts, oversee product lifecycles, and mentor team members while ensuring quality standards and facilitating stakeholder communication.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct complex design work, including workflow assessments and proposing advanced Epic solutions for custom workflows or integrations
- Assist with project management tasks, leading smaller projects and development initiatives within Epic applications
- Provide mentorship to Analysts and Senior Analysts on project tasks and Epic configurations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, Epic product development, and/or enterprise software delivery
- 5+ years of Epic experience with a deep understanding of Epic system configurations and workflows
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Informatics, or related fields or equivalent experience
- Required Epic certification in one or more relevant applications, specifically EpicCare Ambulatory
- Strong project management skills, including progress reporting and risk management
