Epicor ERP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epicor ERP Specialist to support their manufacturing client's multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for Epicor ERP across multiple sites
• Analyze business processes to optimize Epicor ERP functionality and ensure alignment with manufacturing requirements
• Assist in the rollout, customization, and ongoing maintenance of Epicor ERP, including training and documentation for end users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and their integration with ERP systems
• Demonstrated experience in system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting
• Experience with multi-site environments and knowledge of SQL, database management, and reporting tools is a plus
