Job Summary
Serving as the primary functional and operational support resource, the full-time Epicor Prophet 21 Support Lead will manage application support for Epicor P21 in a hybrid work environment, ensuring stability and effectiveness of business processes while collaborating with warehouse operations and global support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise and operational oversight for Epicor Prophet 21 application support
- Support and troubleshoot key distribution processes including order management, inventory control, and shipping
- Manage incidents and problem resolution activities, including root cause analysis and business impact assessment
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21 in a production environment
- Strong understanding of Distribution, Warehouse Management, and Order Fulfillment processes
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve high-priority production issues
- Experience coordinating support activities across business users and offshore teams
- Strong analytical skills and stakeholder communication abilities
