Epidemiologist in Tennessee

Job Summary

To support the Community Health Access and Navigation in Tennessee (CHANT) Initiative, the contract Epidemiologist in Nashville, TN will develop and maintain data collection projects, assist with program integration into new systems, and prepare reports on program outcomes, working onsite with some remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enhancements to the CHANT data collection project
• Prepare routine reports of program participation and outcomes for internal and external partners
• Provide technical assistance to non-technical staff regarding RED Cap systems and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Epidemiology, Public Health, Biostatistics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related areas for candidates with specific Master's degrees
• Extensive knowledge of RED Cap
• Proficient in statistical software programming, including SAS
• Experience managing electronic data and navigating complex databases
