Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Special Counsel Attorney specializing in EPLI work, with a flexible remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a full caseload of EPLI matters, including litigation, mediation, and pre-litigation counseling
• Represent insureds and insurers in employment-related disputes across state and federal forums
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement documentation with precision and strategic insight

Required Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in state of residence, in good standing
• 8+ years of substantive experience in employment litigation, with a focus on EPLI matters
• Significant experience handling employment-related claims, including discrimination and wrongful termination
• Proven ability to manage EPLI cases from inception through resolution
