EPM Senior Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPM Senior Consultant to lead the design and implementation of enterprise performance management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into EPM solutions
• Design, configure, and implement EPM applications and facilitate testing and user acceptance activities
• Mentor junior consultants and manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables within assigned workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience implementing EPM solutions such as Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and Reporting
• Strong understanding of finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Experience leading design and configuration activities, as well as data integrations
• Familiarity with project-based environments and tight timelines
• Relevant certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud are preferred
