Job Summary
Supporting the Enterprise Project Management Office, the full-time remote Coordinator, EPMO will manage meeting logistics, prepare leadership presentations, and coordinate team engagement initiatives to ensure efficient departmental operations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinates calendars, schedules meetings, and manages logistics for EPMO leadership and governance forums, including preparing meeting materials and distributing minutes
- Supports the preparation of leadership presentations and internal communications, ensuring timely updates and stakeholder coordination
- Plans and coordinates EPMO team events and engagement activities, while also assisting with recruitment and onboarding for new hires
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role requiring high attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for managing schedules and preparing documentation
- Experience in supporting compliance program objectives
- Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
