EPMO Governance Advisor

Job Summary

To support the governance of EPMO initiatives, the full-time remote EPMO Governance Advisor will ensure compliance with established life cycle stage gates, collaborate with program teams to implement governance standards, and lead continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Creates and maintains policies, procedures, and standards to align with organizational strategies
• Collaborates with EPMO Program teams and stakeholders to define and implement governance standards
• Identifies and reports on governance and portfolio performance metrics to leadership, recommending improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in project governance, portfolio management, or PMO financial management
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is preferred
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
