EPMO Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EPMO Program Manager to drive enterprise-level initiatives supporting business, technology, and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead 5-8 enterprise programs, collaborating with business and IT partners
• Develop program roadmaps, plans, and resource strategies while tracking progress against scope, schedule, budget, and KPIs
• Identify and mitigate risks and support change management and continuous improvement of EPMO practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong program and project management experience, preferably in P&C insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
• Comfort with data, reporting, and project-tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Excel, Power BI)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are a plus
