EPR Regulatory Compliance VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP of EPR Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead statutory and regulatory analyses of covered materials and develop producer guidance
• Develop tools for producer compliance reviews and maintain Material Reporting Categories across states
• Conduct research on covered materials and provide recommendations for end-of-life management options

Required Qualifications

• Degree in law, political science, or public policy
• At least 10+ years of regulatory, compliance, and analysis experience in Extended Producer Responsibility program implementation
• Thorough knowledge of the packaging regulatory landscape beyond EPR
• Experience with statutory and regulatory interpretation and analysis
• Ability to build and lead teams in a dynamic environment
