EPR Specialist III

Job Summary

To support the Program Planning and Operations organization, the full-time remote EPR Specialist III will independently manage complex operational workstreams, drive execution from planning through implementation, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders while ensuring compliance and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assigned operational workstreams by defining tasks, managing dependencies, and tracking critical actions for EPR programs
• Establish workstream priorities and develop implementation approaches to meet organizational objectives and compliance requirements
• Identify and surface emerging issues and risks related to compliance, timelines, and operational effectiveness across assigned workstreams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or institution, or equivalent applicable experience
• 4-6 years of experience in operations, program management, project management, sustainability, compliance, or related fields
• Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives or compliance-related workstreams independently
• Strong knowledge of EPR, circular economy, sustainability, and environmental policy preferred
• Intermediate data and analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and operational signals
