Job Summary

A company is looking for an ePrescribing Network Support Services Specialist to ensure the reliability of its ePrescribing network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network performance and manage alerts to ensure reliable delivery of digital prescriptions
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support and manage customer onboarding and case management
  • Drive reporting and continuous improvement by identifying issues and collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing support for healthcare technology software
  • Familiarity with NCPDP ePrescribing and SCRIPT standards
  • Hands-on experience with SQL databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for case management
