Job Summary
A company is looking for an ePrescribing Network Support Services Specialist to ensure the reliability of its ePrescribing network.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor network performance and manage alerts to ensure reliable delivery of digital prescriptions
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and manage customer onboarding and case management
- Drive reporting and continuous improvement by identifying issues and collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing support for healthcare technology software
- Familiarity with NCPDP ePrescribing and SCRIPT standards
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM for case management
