Job Summary
Planning, organizing, and coordinating all aspects of the EPSDT Program, the full-time remote EPSDT Program Coordinator will ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while conducting outreach to encourage enrollees to access preventative care.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to encourage enrollees to access preventative care and assist with appointment arrangements
- Monitor provider compliance with the EPSDT program and communicate its importance to providers
- Develop newsletters and web postings centered on EPSDT elements directed at members and providers
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of community relations or public health/service experience, preferably in a managed care or pediatric environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Prior provider office experience is a plus
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
