Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Finance Documentation Specialist II.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the closing process on equipment lease and loan transactions, ensuring documentation completeness and transaction booking
• Prepare loan and lease documentation to comply with credit approvals, bank policies, and legal requirements
• Engage with customers and third parties for documentation negotiation and compliance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, banking, or related field preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in Equipment Finance within a financial institution
• Proficiency with loan/lease accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing environments
