Equipment Finance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Finance Ops Analyst 1 (Money Movement Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of payments to customer accounts accurately and timely
• Set up and apply ACH payments, request refunds, and manage remote deposits
• Assist with A/R projects and respond to various A/R requests while following internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
• At least 1 year of experience in cash application and accounts receivables
• 3+ years of related work experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and efficient PC skills
• Experience with loan and leasing payable systems is a plus
