Equipment Inventory Support Specialist

Job Summary

To support large-scale construction and infrastructure programs, the remote Equipment Inventory Support Specialist will manage inventory tracking, equipment coordination, and material control processes while ensuring data quality and reporting support across multiple campuses and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support equipment inventory management and material control activities, including monitoring inventory levels and executing rebalancing activities
• Perform routine data quality reviews and assist with business intelligence reporting and dashboard maintenance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support equipment readiness and assist with demand planning and inventory forecasting

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or material controls
• Experience with inventory tracking and equipment management processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
