Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equipment Management Specialist to manage customer license data and ensure data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain customer account and address information
  • Research, analyze, and verify data to update customer license data following strict SOP guidelines
  • Perform customer license maintenance tasks and support SLA and metric goals
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of data analysis and/or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • 2-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred
