Job Summary

To support the equipment life cycle in a veterinary context, the full-time Equipment Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, coordinate with sales and service departments, and oversee project planning for equipment orders, working remotely during standard business hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Procure equipment orders and manage invoices, purchase orders, and equipment files
  • Coordinate with the Service Department and Equipment Specialists to support equipment installation and project planning
  • Maintain data regarding order statuses and assist with invoice reconciliation with vendors
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or above in business or accounting, or 2-5 years of equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with SAP CRM and ECC platforms
  • Ability to contribute positively to a team environment and take initiative in learning
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
