Job Summary
To support the equipment life cycle in a veterinary context, the full-time Equipment Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, coordinate with sales and service departments, and oversee project planning for equipment orders, working remotely during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Procure equipment orders and manage invoices, purchase orders, and equipment files
- Coordinate with the Service Department and Equipment Specialists to support equipment installation and project planning
- Maintain data regarding order statuses and assist with invoice reconciliation with vendors
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or above in business or accounting, or 2-5 years of equivalent experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience with SAP CRM and ECC platforms
- Ability to contribute positively to a team environment and take initiative in learning
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
