Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Administer the company's equity plans globally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain the company capitalization table and manage participant equity plan transactions
- Support cross-functional teams with equity compensation reporting and manage secondary market transactions
Required Qualifications
- B.A. or similar degree
- 6+ years of experience as a stock plan administrator in startup or corporate environments
- Experience with equity software such as Equity Edge, Carta, or Fidelity
- Strong technical skills, particularly in MS Excel or other spreadsheet programs
- Commitment to process, tracking, and reporting
