Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the company's equity plans globally, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain the company capitalization table and manage participant equity plan transactions
  • Support cross-functional teams with equity compensation reporting and manage secondary market transactions
Required Qualifications
  • B.A. or similar degree
  • 6+ years of experience as a stock plan administrator in startup or corporate environments
  • Experience with equity software such as Equity Edge, Carta, or Fidelity
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in MS Excel or other spreadsheet programs
  • Commitment to process, tracking, and reporting
