Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Plan Administrator to manage and administer equity compensation plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all aspects of the company's equity programs using the Fidelity platform
- Process and track equity grants, exercises, releases, and cancellations with high accuracy
- Ensure compliance with global and local equity regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in equity administration, preferably in a public or late-stage private company
- Strong proficiency with the Fidelity Stock Plan Services platform is required
- Solid understanding of equity compensation types, taxation, and compliance requirements
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation is a plus
