Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Administrator to manage and scale its stock administration function.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock plan transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Assist in the preparation of stock-related matters for financial statements and support educational programs related to employee equity
- Manage relationships with external service providers and assist in the design and implementation of new stock plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required
- 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) credential is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of equity software platforms such as Carta, E*TRADE, or Fidelity
- Experience with global equity programs and knowledge of tax and securities law related to stock plans
