Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity Administrator to support the administration of equity and incentive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer equity compensation programs and process equity transactions
- Maintain accurate equity records and reconcile equity activity with Finance and Accounting
- Serve as a point of contact for employee equity inquiries and prepare related communications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of equity administration experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock options and RSUs
- Proficiency with equity management platforms
- Ability to work independently in a contract environment
