Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Administrator to support the administration of equity and incentive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer equity compensation programs and process equity transactions
  • Maintain accurate equity records and reconcile equity activity with Finance and Accounting
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee equity inquiries and prepare related communications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of equity administration experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in stock options and RSUs
  • Proficiency with equity management platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a contract environment
