Job Summary
A company is looking for an Equity & Compensation Analyst to support its compensation and equity functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytics for compensation strategy and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
- Manage compensation structures, document policies, ensure compliance with laws, and streamline data management
- Coordinate employee equity grants and prepare reports for senior leadership while maintaining accurate records of equity transactions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
- 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in compensation and equity administration or analytical reporting
- Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills
- Prior experience administering equity programs using platforms like Shareworks is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
