Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity & Compensation Analyst to support its compensation and equity functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop analytics for compensation strategy and conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures
  • Manage compensation structures, document policies, ensure compliance with laws, and streamline data management
  • Coordinate employee equity grants and prepare reports for senior leadership while maintaining accurate records of equity transactions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in compensation and equity administration or analytical reporting
  • Strong proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel skills
  • Prior experience administering equity programs using platforms like Shareworks is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
