Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of compensation and equity programs, the full-time remote Equity and Compensation Analyst will manage operational processes, analyze program performance, and ensure compliance to enhance employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the company's compensation program, ensuring process documentation and timely issue resolution
- Support the administration of the stock incentive plan, including grant issuance and share pool oversight
- Analyze compensation trends and develop reports to inform leadership decisions regarding compensation strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in administering compensation or equity programs in a corporate HR environment
- Experience with compensation and equity administration platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel
- Working knowledge of compensation regulations including ERISA and FLSA
