Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day execution and administration of compensation and equity programs, the full-time remote Equity and Compensation Analyst will manage operational processes, analyze program performance, and ensure compliance to enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Administer the company's compensation program, ensuring process documentation and timely issue resolution
  • Support the administration of the stock incentive plan, including grant issuance and share pool oversight
  • Analyze compensation trends and develop reports to inform leadership decisions regarding compensation strategy
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in administering compensation or equity programs in a corporate HR environment
  • Experience with compensation and equity administration platforms and HRIS systems such as Workday or ADP
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel
  • Working knowledge of compensation regulations including ERISA and FLSA
