Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of compensation and equity programs, the full-time remote Equity and Compensation Analyst will manage program administration, analyze data trends, and enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the company's compensation program, coordinating with HR and Finance for issue resolution and service quality
- Support the administration of the stock incentive plan, managing grant issuance and collaborating with internal and external partners
- Analyze compensation trends and employee engagement data to assess program effectiveness and develop reports for leadership decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience administering compensation or equity programs in a corporate HR or Total Rewards environment
- Experience with compensation and equity administration platforms and HRIS systems such as Shareworks, Pave, Workday, or ADP
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Working knowledge of compensation regulations including ERISA and FLSA
