Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity, People, Inclusion, and Culture Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for building a fair, supportive, and high-performing workplace
• Oversee staff development and manage the full hiring process
• Enhance communication and alignment among staff regarding organizational priorities and progress

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of work experience, including 5 years in leadership roles within nonprofit or political organizations
• Extensive experience in human resources operations, including compliance management and employee relations
• Proven track record in leadership development and organizational psychology
• Strong commitment to economic, racial, and gender justice
• Experience managing staff and implementing equitable and inclusive policies
