Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Equity and Inclusion to develop and manage equity and inclusion projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess equity and inclusion initiatives and training programs
- Manage and support Employee Network Groups, including training and data analysis
- Collect, analyze, and report on equity and inclusion data to evaluate project effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Public Health, Counseling, Education)
- 3-5 years of experience in equity and inclusion project management
- Knowledge of systemic structures affecting mental health disparities for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities
- Experience working with youth and young adults, particularly BIPOC and LGBTQ+
- Ability to collect and interpret data effectively
