Job Summary

A company is looking for an Equity Compensation Analyst I to manage equity administration operations for its global workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and Benefits teams to process stock vesting events and manage employee inquiries
  • Assist in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures and maintain educational materials related to equity administration
  • Support various equity-related events and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in equity administration, finance, or HR, preferably in a private company setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Human Resources
  • Working knowledge of equity administration processes and various types of equity awards
  • General knowledge of Compensation Programs and Incentive Plans
  • Experience with global equity administration is a plus
