Equity Compensation Consultant

Job Summary

Equity Compensation Consultant provides full-time remote support to employee shareholders by educating them on various equity compensation plans and assisting with inquiries related to their financial wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders, addressing inquiries through phone and email
• Educate participants on equity compensation plans and connect plan value to financial wellness goals
• Support equity-related transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 65 (or 66) required within corporate-established timelines
• 1-2 years of experience in equity compensation or financial services
• Solid understanding of equity compensation vehicles and financial planning concepts
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
