Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Equity Compensation Consultant (FINRA Licensed) will serve as a primary point of contact for employee shareholders, delivering personalized education and financial wellness conversations on various equity compensation plans while fostering long-term relationships and enhancing participant engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service through inbound phone interactions and proactive follow-up with employee shareholders
- Educate participants on equity compensation plans and connect benefits to broader financial wellness goals
- Coordinate with internal partners to resolve participant inquiries and support equity-related transactions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
- FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and either Series 65 or Series 66 licenses required
- Minimum of one to two years of experience in equity compensation, financial services, or related client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of equity compensation plans and participant-level tax implications
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 1 required or to be obtained within six to twelve months of hire
