Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Equity and Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of executive equity programs and manage the E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley @ Work platform
  • Monitor equity dilution, strike prices, and compliance with SEC and IRS regulations
  • Prepare materials for board meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams on compensation governance


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in executive compensation or equity administration
  • Strong knowledge of equity compensation programs and SEC compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with equity management platforms like E*TRADE/Morgan Stanley @ Work
  • Analytical expertise in financial modeling and equity valuation
