Key Responsibilities
- Manage activities related to equity compensation administration and accounting
- Prepare financial reports and disclosures, including SEC filings and equity forecasts
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with equity compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or stock plan administration
- Strong knowledge of equity accounting and U.S. GAAP standards
- Active CEP certification required; CPA license preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Experience with equity compensation software such as Fidelity or SAP is a plus
