Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Equity Plan Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage activities related to equity compensation administration and accounting
  • Prepare financial reports and disclosures, including SEC filings and equity forecasts
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with equity compensation regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or stock plan administration
  • Strong knowledge of equity accounting and U.S. GAAP standards
  • Active CEP certification required; CPA license preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • Experience with equity compensation software such as Fidelity or SAP is a plus
